Registered Clinical Counselling

Christina integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to help clients foster inner safety, self-understanding, and lasting change.


Therapeutic Yoga

A gentle, evidence-based approach that blends yoga, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation and mind–body healing. These sessions can complement counselling or stand alone as restorative support for trauma, burnout, or chronic pain.


Walk and Talk Counselling

Connect with yourself in the grounding presence of nature at Mosquito Creek in North Vancouver. Walk and Talk Therapy offers a gentle, movement-based approach to counselling. Christina integrates mind–body and somatic awareness to help clients process emotions, release tension, and cultivate self-compassion in a natural setting.


Sliding Scale Services (Approved Clients Only)

Accessible, trauma-informed services offered at a reduced rate to support clients experiencing financial constraints. Sessions integrate a mind–body approach to foster self-awareness, healing, and emotional balance.

Christina is a trauma-informed counsellor and registered yoga teacher who specializes in mind-body healing for individuals navigating trauma, chronic pain, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. She integrates Internal Family Systems (Level 2), Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and yoga-based practices to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and building greater nervous system regulation, resilience, and self-trust.

Christina brings a compassionate, embodied, and collaborative approach to therapy. She believes healing happens when we slow down, turn inward, and create space for the parts of us that have long gone unseen.
