Christina is a trauma-informed counsellor and registered yoga teacher who specializes in mind-body healing for individuals navigating trauma, chronic pain, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. She integrates Internal Family Systems (Level 2), Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and yoga-based practices to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and building greater nervous system regulation, resilience, and self-trust.
Christina brings a compassionate, embodied, and collaborative approach to therapy. She believes healing happens when we slow down, turn inward, and create space for the parts of us that have long gone unseen.
